The skill base of our highly experienced workshop team means we are able to offer a comprehensive range of assembly services, helping you to get your project completed on time and on budget.

Our fully equipped workshop in Coventry includes specialised tools such as Rivnut and Rivstud Guns and Self Piercing Rivet (SPR) Guns.
We have Fly Press machines for low-cost forming of simple shapes and Bird Beaks complemented by and as well as  Spin Riveting machinery.

Utilising Pemserter insert Press technology which is specifically dedicated to installing self-clinching nuts from M2 to M10 in steel and M12 in Aluminium. It is Pneumatic operated offering short cycle times for increased productivity and applying 6 tons of force with a 450mm throat depth, providing clearance for a variety of Chassis configurations.

Multiple Components

Our versatility enables us to offer a one stop shop for complete sheet metal component solutions. We can design and create multiple components and then assemble into a finished product, with the client relaxed in the knowledge that each individual component will be designed, manufactured and inspected to the highest standards, and the final assembly will reflect the excellence of everything we do.
