New Engineering Manager and NPI Manager

Following a very successful 2016 for PAB, the business has expanded and so too has the need for new staff with new skills who can bring much needed experience and expertise to the organisation.

It is with that in mind that David Pitt has joined the team as Engineering Manager. David brings a wealth of knowledge gained over 35 years in the Engineering industry in a variety of roles, with particular skills in production and project management, lean manufacturing, problem solving and continuous improvement. David is well versed in Engineering and is a confident communicator at all levels, firmly believing that teamwork is the key to success.

David sees his role as managing the seamless introduction of new product, in addition to initiating, implementing and developing Engineering and Production processes.

As part of David’s team Shane Pelchat has joined as New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager a role required by PAB to manage the increasing number of new projects that the business has been successful in winning.

Shane has had 8 years in an Engineering environment, with his most recent role being an NPI Engineer. Shane sees his new role at PAB as being the next step in his career and he firmly believes that he can make a difference to the team.
